The Carib Apartment Motel is currently known as The Seashore Club South Condo Association in the Sunny Isles Beach neighborhood and most of the original architectural features, including the lush grassy courtyards, still remain.

Before it was known as the Jackie Gleason Theater of the Performing Arts, the Miami Beach Auditorium housed The Jackie Gleason Show which included the later episodes of The Honeymooners.

The New Lucerne Brochure | Miami Beach
The New Lucerne Hotel (currently The Best Western Atlantic Beach Resort) is located on the 41st block of Collins Avenue in Miami Beach. The original cantilevered brick facade still exists to this day as does the futuristic Morris Lapidus-designed lobby. Sadly, the cursive sign with the ridiculously fabulous "L" has since been replaced.
